Frame coverage

Eligible pet-door frames carry manufacturer warranty coverage against qualifying defects for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase, the original product configuration and photographs may be required when a claim is reviewed.

Flap coverage

Flexible flaps are wear components and are covered under a separate prorated schedule. The available remedy changes with product age and the condition being claimed. Magnets, weather stripping and other replaceable components should be inspected when flap performance changes.

Conditions and exclusions

Coverage does not extend to damage caused by incorrect sizing, improper installation, alteration, misuse, chewing, impact, severe weather, building movement or ordinary cosmetic wear. In-glass installations must follow the professional installation requirements.

Before requesting support

Locate the order number and SKU, photograph the complete installation and the affected component, and note when the issue began. Do not discard the component until the claim has been reviewed.
