Production timing
Lead time varies with the model, size, color and custom requirements. An order acknowledgment is not a promise of a specific arrival date; production and carrier estimates are provided when the configuration is released.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated from the packaged size, destination and service level. Large frames, giant sizes and multi-item orders may require different packaging from small replacement parts.
At delivery
Inspect the carton for visible damage before discarding the packaging. Compare the product label and SKU to the order, and report shipping damage promptly with photographs of the box, label and affected product.
Do not schedule cutting too early
Keep the existing door, wall or glass panel intact until the configured product has arrived and the included dimensions have been verified. In-glass projects should remain coordinated with the professional glass installer.
