Contact us before sending any item back. Unapproved packages may not be identifiable or eligible for processing. Include the order number, SKU, reason for the request and clear photographs.
Condition matters
Eligible returns must be unused, uninstalled, complete and in resalable condition with original packaging. Products that have been cut, drilled, caulked, painted, altered, installed or damaged after delivery are not returnable.
Configured and custom products
Products manufactured or assembled to selected dimensions, finishes, load directions or special instructions may be final sale. This is why the cart presents the exact variant title and SKU before an order is submitted.
Damage or fulfillment errors
If the shipment arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, retain all packaging and report it promptly. A verified shipping or fulfillment issue is handled separately from a preference-based return.
